Estimates and Scopes of Work

All formal proposals and contracts for roof replacement, repairs, or tarping are delivered as itemized written scopes. Verbal statements do not constitute binding agreements. Concealed conditions (such as rotted wood decking or damaged structural framing uncovered during tear-off) will be documented with photos and presented for written approval before remediation.

Licensing & Code Compliance

Ernest Roofing & Construction LLC performs all work in strict compliance with the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board regulations and applicable local municipal building codes. We maintain full General Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance.

Insurance Claim Assistance

In accordance with Arkansas law, we cannot act as licensed public insurance adjusters or negotiate settlement terms on your behalf. We provide factual, objective measurements, damage photo dossiers, and meet with adjusters on-site to document physical damages. Per Arkansas state law, it is illegal for contractors to pay, waive, or rebate a homeowner's insurance deductible.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties (such as GAF, CertainTeed, or Owens Corning) are provided directly by the manufacturer according to their published terms. Our workmanship guarantees are detailed in your contract.
